Sounds like a plan with the germs in the back area. If you do this will you go into that area a lot maybe add a bench to sit and enjoy it. Also noticed you wearing sandals vs usual red crocs isn’t it getting a bit nippy to wear those in fall where you live? Just kidding enjoy the new project
