The Urban Landscape Conservation Task Force arose at the direction of the Governor who charged CWCB with facilitating a task force discussion to evaluate the best practices for advancing outdoor water conservation. This was the third meeting of 4-5 meetings planned for the Task Force. The 21-member task force includes 8 water utilities, 2 water conservation and/or conservancy districts, 2 environmental non-governmental organization representatives, and several single seats.
