I am not sure whether or not I should water my Argyroderma. I suspect I am not supposed to because the leaves are still wrapped around it and the flower is dying off. Any experts out there that can help?

The outer leaves are wrinkly to the other commenters point, but I would NOT water right now, because it is flowering and new leaves are emerging. Wait until it is done flowering and the new inner leaves become wrinkly to water
