It’s always amazing to me how quickly the garden gets going. It feels like winter is taking it’s time and never ending, and then a month later our beds are lush with beautiful food for us to enjoy.
So far, it’s been the perfect spring for brassicas. Our cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower are all doing amazing! We’ve never had luck with brassicas so to say we are excited would be an understatement!
