Pics approx. one month apart, Oct 23 and Nov 29. The new set came through nicely and quick enough. Now it seems like it’s ‘stuck’ splitting, or am I just being impatient? How long will it take for the new leaves to split open?

Gosh, these guys are slooooowwwww. I am still waiting on one set to move like yours. I’m learning to enjoy each day and try to look for a little change.

i have the same split rock and it took a few months for mine to finish splitting after i bought it, so it might be the same case for yours
