I love your mom's new house, MJ. She has a pretty much "Cathedral" type ceiling, though; it's a flat rooftop. It will be airy, and more so, they added many expansive windows. Again, just the way I would want it if I had to build my own, it's very spacious!👌 Once it is finished with a blue tile rooftop, it will be the best house in your complex. ❤️❤️❤️👍A subscriber from Redondo Beach, CA 😊
Love the plants in house brings life and oxygen. We put saucer or small bowls under pots so we can water them where they are and not rot out the surface.
Making a meal for u is about who cooked that is so good.I do not have much family close to me.

You are not considering some plastic or fiber weave beneath the sand? always risky to have weeds grow up from beneath and crack the concrete. Especially in places where the sun hits.

Ms Mj can i suggest bermuda grass for the other space of your front yard so that it looks greenery ur hallway coz if all the front yard is made of cement nagkakaalumot pag tagulan it looks if some space has beemuda grass and plants like palmera or other flowery plants thats it, thanks
Plenty windows give a lot of natural light plus the mountain air mosulod sa balay with that high ceiling pud. Great idea to concrete your house grounds to lessen limpyohanan. It would make the whole area bigger, MJ 👍🏻👍🏻

The only way to really eat Okra is when it's sliced into bite size pieces, dredged in beaten egg then dredged in Corn Meal and deep fried in vegetable oil till golden and crispy !! Raw Okra is slimy !

Okay the house is huge but the bathroom is limited spaces to move around. Also no window in the bathroom? Sad

Your house is nice but it would look better if the pool was not right in the front.
I’d still put some insulation under the roof and I’d make sure that all windows open, have bug screens and are double glazed at a minimum and heavily tinted especially if you are not going to use a/c. Should do a/c as well. Just my thoughts
