I visited a Herbal Medicinal Garden in Karen, Nairobi, Kenya, where there are 400 species of medicinal plants growing! In this video I take a tour on this wonderful garden and we talk all about herbs, their healing properties, their use in cooking, and the use of plans in urban landscaping. Deborah also makes herbal tinctures and balms and wants to spread the message about healing and sensory gardens.
