edema , not sure if its worth solving because i think its no big deal. But someone else can chime in on it. Your humidity is high thats what it means, your plants arent transpiring well so maybe low EC? (take that with a grain of salt) or low light intensity leading to less transpiration

Looks like bugs to me. Edema on my pepper plants shows up as white spots on the leaves.
