These are both euphorbias uh the Gopher plant which is Euphoria rigida we have a huge one in our yard that is now in bloom so the bloom or the braat on it is a like a chartreuse green Kelly Green it’s beautiful it’s absolutely beautiful and the thing I love about these plants
