Hey, just posting a picture of this plant again. I'd mentioned previously I had purchased seed sold as Neohenricia x Stomatium (no species given). The thing is I'm not convinced this is what the plant is.
It does resemble some Stomatium species I've seen pictures of but I'm struggling to see the neohenricia in it. I was scrolling Mesa Gardens a few days back and noted Rhinephyllum broomii also seemed to match it. I checked an archived version of "The New Mastering the Art of Growing Mesembs" and Hammer had little to say, however, he notes broomii can flower within 100 days of germination – I have a flower bud on this very young plant.
Anyone who grows any of these species or knows some basic mesemb taxonomy care to help me out? Also curious if Rhinephyllum crosses with the Titanopsis – Aloinopsis – Nananthus – Delianthe – Stomatium – Neohenricia mess?
(I've also added two of my mystery lithops. Can someone confirm if the first of them is hookeri and the second is bromfieldii?)
