Did you install any irrigation in the backyard or will you need to hand water your in ground plants?
I did not expect to be so moved by the eclipse. I heard lots of neighbors cheering and clapping during totality. The news showed the same thing happening at the Indianapolis 500 racetrack and other large local venues. How amazing that so many people took the time to relax with others and share in the awe of an unusual event in nature. There weren’t any reports of terrorism, fights, gunshots, or conflict. For a few hours nature and humanity came together in harmony.

You definitely succeeded with your vision Linda. The backyard looks so inviting, and the color red plays a big role back there. Your eye is immediately drawn to the color first thing when you enter thru the gate. Keep that red going!
Linda, regarding your leg cramps, take magnesium pills. Start with one 250 ml. Increase the dosage slowly as your intestines acclimate to it
Then, for SURE take potassium pills. I just take one each night.
If I don’t take potassium, I get horrendous calf and foot cramps that make me awaken screaming in pain.
I also have RLs, which is different than leg cramps but mg and potassium control both problems.
Also, cut back on salt. It’s a true culprit.
