I have successfully induced multiple shoot formation in vitro with my insulin plant. I used nodal sections and inoculated it onto MS media with BAP and NAA.
Question. Did you initiate the node in just ms media and sucrose and then subculture it into ms media with hormones and sucrose? Or did you start the culture in hormones?
