My mom had put my monstera out in 90 degree F sunny weather and burned the main plant. But I don’t want the leaves to go to waste so I’m trying to propagate them into mini monsteras. I cut off a section with arial roots and what I think was a node and buried it in fertilized and watered soil so the roots are under the dirt. Did I do it right? I tried googling it but the info I got was confusing. 🙁

The petioles should not be underneath the soil or they will rot
