I bought a few of these phantoms at a sale the other day, and I planted a few broken branches directly in soil. They are in 1/2 potting soil, 1/4 sand, and 1/4 peat. Why are they wilting???
They’ve been in there for about 5 days, started showing signs of wilting the day after I planted them. I’ve watered once with miracle grow. They have been in my south facing screened porch but I moved them out into full sun today and it got no better. I’m at a loss!

There are YouTube’s on how to propagate hydrangeas. I learned a lot on there. I have had some successes.
