I´m pretty sure that those aren´t snake plants. If I were you, I´ll try to remove part of the plant with roots included.

Looks kind of like the Yucca that we had in our old house. If it is, you should just be able to dig it up, divide it and re-plant it. I use an app called Plant Parent where you can scan the plant and it will tell you what it is and some basic care tips for it.
