That's my Zygopetalum Maculatum, the absolute showpiece of my collection!
It has at the moment 14 flower spikes and an incredible scent of hyacinth, pepper and some sweet honey notes, from 1 o'clock to 5 it gets so strong it gives a headache after a few minutes.
It's over a meter tall and has more than 60 pseudobulbs, it is hard to believe how big it is even when looking at it 🤩

Well grown! I feel the headache. I am profoundly reactive to hyacinths. I can’t walk past one without getting a migraine. I have a Zygoneria Sweet Jade ‘Sweet Cheyenne’ and when it blooms I love to see it but not so much to smell it. Mine has about 12 pseudobulbs so far but it has a big footprint for my windowsill setup. You are lucky you can keep that beast outside!!
Incredible. I didn’t even realize they could become so robust. I have a very young one that is about 3 inches tall.
