is this cutting ready or almost ready?

I am very new to propagating & don’t really know what I am doing but I feel like this is good progress. It also has a growth coming in next to the original leaf stem. I have a second cutting that is also growing roots (can be seen in this picture toward the top) & the third hasn’t started growing any yet.
