I’m not sure what kind of plant this is but I received it as a gift and I’ve been trying to propagate it. It’s basically been in this condition for about a month and recently sprouted little roots. I’m still concerned about the yellow leaves. What can I do? Thanks

I’d take this out, wash it, and remove all the dead roots and completely brown leaves. Then cut it into separate pieces about a centimetre below the nodes (lines on the stem). Then let them air dry for at least an hour, then put back into water. Keep the leaves out the water, as this encourages rot.😊
