hi everyone this is Hippa from my little journal and today I’m here to share with you the new uh Coco Daisy kits this is the garden kit and I’m excited for it because it’s full of flowers you guys know how much I love flowers so let’s take a look um as always I get the Traveler’s notebook kit the daisy add-on kit and the journal kit as well so I’m just going to go ahead and share with you all the goodies oh and I also do get the stamps so uh let’s start actually with the card the little vinyl a life of adventure is a life well- lived and this is the garden kit just a little bit of info there really cute I love the greens and yellows so excited for the colors here so let’s check out the stamp sets this is the modern memory uh Keepers Stamp Set if I’m not mistaken so basically the Project Life stamp set um it comes with the kit with the modern memory but you can also purchase it separately and because I just get the samples as a creative team member you can’t really see it but it has the flowers some like sentiments I need to stamp these out to kind of see exactly what it is and this one is really really good I know you can’t see it really well here but if you check out the site you’ll see how beautiful these flowers are and I’m excited for this one because these would be really cool to stamp out with black black ink anyways so those are the two stamp sets we got the Traveler’s notebook kit let’s start from the bottom up so this is the daisy add-on sticker kit I love using these stickers in my Daily Journal and all kinds of things honestly I’ve been just using them wherever I can and also in my project life journal as well so as you can see the colors are gorgeous you have vinyl stickers you have like stickers on white paper labels and these adorable Alphas love that green so pretty so you get those four sheets in the daisy add-on stickers okay next up is our journaling kit one of my favorites so the journaling kit comes with all the things and everything is flat so you know it doesn’t add any bulk to your project now you do get a prompt card and so you have a bunch of prompts for may obviously you can use those prompts for any month um then we get the black and white washi tape let me open this up real quick okay I love that black and white Washi oh is so so pretty and that’s what I mean about that Stamp Set like if you stamp these out in black and white you would kind of get that same look on that Washi anyways let’s check this out so actually these are the rabons we get two rubons again I love the mixture of the yellow the green with the black and white so pretty and obviously you got like pops of Pinks and reds as well it’s getting busy in here um our sticker sheets you get the vinyls with some Washi strips the days of the week these are so fun loving that green again wow that’s so pretty the two full sheets so you can trim these down you can just stick them down on your project like I would not take this one apart like I wouldn’t trim it out I would just stick that down that’s so pretty the this one I could totally use as washi tape and then you get stickers and the Beautiful green Alphas so fun okay I’m going to set these aside so we can take a look at the Traveler’s notebook kit as always The Traveler notebook kit comes in this adorable envelope just perfect for organizing other things or to keep your kit in there um going to start with the washi tape so this is like a subtle Chevron I feel like that’s Chevron but it’s so pretty such a pretty green it’s not an army green but it’s like a lighter green I feel like you get a 3×4 stamp set with some of those flowers stuck to the envelope here okay so you get that with the flowers and this really fun Circle I really like this circle because you can either stamp the flowers in there you can add something in there oh and I see some chipboards so you can fit the chipboard in there that’s fun really cute also the pack of sticker Dy Cuts I say sticker because they have that like adhesive backing and these are just so pretty loving that mix of black green and yellow oh my gosh that is so so pretty love that oh and I think these are Vellum circles let’s check it out so that looks like that stamp that I just shared with the circle but you get them oh it is Vellum that is so pretty love that and gold foiled so you get a few few of those it seems like there’s four in there if I’m not mistaken some enamel dots with a little bit of glitter to them um some grayish I’m going to say like cement color um Alphas puffy Alphas oh we have some tags this month so these big tags I really like using them in my traveler’s notebook because they’re just like a nice little on a beautiful spring day is the best kind of therapy really pretty tags so I’ve noticed that the tags are usually white on the back so I just usually just stick them back to back to help me like add them as a insert to whatever layout got some chipboard circle chipboards and these are perfect to add in your Vellum circles or in that Vellum stamp fit nicely in there you can use whatever size you want that’s fun okay so we got the rubons very fun and springy we have our paper and the paper is usually double-sided you get six so two of each and those are the bside and the aside okay let’s take a look at our Travelers notebook I might have to to move these up a little bit so we can get some space here and we can take a look at our traveler notebook so loving that yellow just has like little flowers on there just plain like this one a lot that is nice can totally see myself using that really pretty pink it’s like a blush pink a nice tidle there really pretty green very subtle I love this just line paper looks like a notebook kind of oh okay that’s a favorite perfect for documenting spring oh and we have that green where did I just see that oh was it like one of the pattern papers oh it’s one of the sticker sheets from the other kit nice I like that I like that you get you know the same patterns in different kits so fun really really pretty I really like this one a lot and that one’s gorgeous look at that it looks like fabric looks like it’s stitched or something that’s so fun oh and the black and white again using that big stamp set to recreate this obviously can’t like stamp it that big but you can totally recreate this look so cool really pretty okay the traveler notebook this month is perfection I love this love the traveler notebook kit love all the kits this month and I’m really really excited to work with this kit okay I decided while I was putting everything back that I’m going to be documenting an outing to Gibb’s Garden so it’s a beautiful garden where you get to uh see the Tulips Bloom and the cherry blossoms it was just such a fun trip that I got to go on with my daughter and our friends so I’ve been holding off to document that because I was waiting for these kits patiently obviously I wanted some flowers in my kit and so I’m going to be using one of my kits to document that outing um I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to do it in traveler’s notebook maybe my Scrappy spiral notebook I don’t know but if you want to see what I create with my kits just keep watching let’s go ahead and start creating I’m going to be using my Coco Daisy kits in my Scrappy spiral notebook I want to document like a day out with friends we went to Gibbs Garden and saw the beautiful tulips blooming and it was just amazing so we spent a whole day there I had lots of photos so so I’m going to be documenting this day on two pages now I think these kits are perfect for the scrappy spiral notebook because the daisy add-on kit and the journaling kit are all flat embellishments so they won’t add a lot of bulk to your notebook so once I stick down my photos I’m going to start by adding a title I did leave that top portion empty because I thought it would be perfect for a title oh and I do grab the vinyl sticker that came in the package I thought it fit perfectly in that box but I do change my mind in a little bit but I’m going through the alpha stickers I’m trying to choose the right one I really like that really bright green it’s just so pretty but also subtle I’m going to use my ruler to just spell out Gibbs Garden once I have that on my ruler I will just use it to add to the top portion of my spread and I mentioned this before I am getting better with the ruler thing and the alpha stickers I think it’s working out really well for me now I do also want to add a little something right underneath my title just to bring in some more color so I go with one of the Washi strips from the sticker sheets so I purposely measured my photo right underneath the title to be a little bit smaller than my box and I did that on purpose because I wanted to add stickers and rubons uh in that space just to pretty it up a little bit so what I decided to do was use my Rabon sheet and you saw me earlier staple those two sheets together I got that idea from a wonderful friend my friend Nicole she sent me some of her used rub on sheets that she knew I would use and she had them stapled together and I thought that was genius that way they’re always together and you’re not losing the backing for your Rabon Sheets if that makes sense so anyways I added a few flowers next to my photo I also used one of the word stickers from the sticker sheet and then I want to work on that bottom portion of my spread I wanted to use that space for my journaling but I thought it would be fun if I stamped a title above my journaling so I’m going to use the stamp set from the kit or one of my kits basically and I’m going to stamp in full bloom then I’m going to grab my journaling add that to the bottom portion and I will will be going through my stickers to add something fun and colorful right next to my title it wasn’t big enough to go across and I didn’t like that little Gap there I decided to use one of my stickers to fill in that Gap and I really like how that turned out I’ll come back to this little box later and add a little something there because I did want to add the date as well anyways this is where I decide I do not want to use that vinyl sticker I want to stamp so I use I believe my traveler’s notebook stamp set to stamp one of the circles and in that Circle I’m going to use a die cut because that D cut pack is adorable so I wanted to use something from there and I try a bunch of different Little D cuts and I really actually like the butterfly you guys know I’m not a big fan of butterflies I love them in real life but not on spreads but this one just looked good and it fits really well I love the colors so I go for it while I have my die cuts out I start adding some D cuts to my photos and to my spread I just wanted to use as many of them as I could because this layout is so springy and there’s flowers and it’s a garden I just felt like the die Cuts were perfect for my layout so I do end up adding one to that picture of Sabine I also add a few to some of the other pH photos I thought I wanted to use that greenish yellow one to my last box but I do switch it out because I felt like it was too long I needed something a little bit shorter for that space and so before I add any D cuts to that space I do want to use some of the larger rub on flowers and I went with the plain black and white flower from the Rabon sheet because there’s so much color here I didn’t want to overdo it I did bring bring in hints of the yellow using the rabons look through my D Cuts again switched out that D cut with this green one it’s a little bit slightly smaller and it fills that space nicely and I’m just adding some word stickers as well just to fill in that last box before I wrap things up I’m going to grab my ruler and just add a line right between my journaling and my little title in that bottom box because I want wanted to add the date and I wanted a little shelf for my date so I just basically Drew my own line on there and I actually think it looks even better with the line going through the leaf and in that box anyways now I can call my layout done
