Plant Propagation

Is it time to…do something?

I acquired this rhapidaphora tetra cutting exactly like this. It’s well rooted in the moss it came in. It’s started to unfurl a new leaf since I got it, but do I keep it in the moss?

If I repotted it, which medium of substrate would be best?

Wait until the new leaf unfurls & hardens before doing anything. I find that these guys are super easy to grow & they grow quick! I would do a chunky aroid mix in a container that’s only an inch bigger than what it is now. When you repot it, it would be the perfect time to add a moss pole if that’s nothing you’re interested in doing. Good luck!
