these here are thistles and every single kind of thistle that exists to my knowledge is edible I’m going to dig this big one up over here tell you how to eat it they tastes like carrots for the most part I just eat the roots the leaves right now are so small that it’s way too much work for what you get right there you can just take this outer skin and it peels right off leaving you with this perfect little edible carrot I think they’re probably better cooked I just got stuck my teeth that was sweet maybe as a carrot but close
