Looks like Black Locust suckers, Robinia pseudoacacia. There is probably a larger tree nearby.

They look a bit like Black locust. The new only other close look alikes would be honey locust and Kentucky coffee tree

Black Locust Saplings. I have two on my property, I guess they are fine trees, but they are prolific. I think they border on invasive, but these are 100% trees, do no let then grow there, pull them out and stay vigilant for saplings, they pop up literally everywhere and I don’t want any more of them.
