This is my first ever propagation station and I’ve got some foot leaf growth but nothing happening with the roots. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? This is a monstera adasonii and it’s been like this for about 2 weeks or so. Thanks!

I´ve notice that if you propagate bare stems, the leaves grow before the roots. Idk if that´s a rule or something but that´s my experience.
Yup. My Adansonii took about a month or so to put out enough of a root to safely pot them. I put 4 in a 4” pot together because it’s my hope they will look cool around a moss pole one day. Right now they are maybe 3” tall max 🤣🤣
They were potted about 3 months ago and today was the first time I checked and the roots are finally sturdy and I’m confident they will make it. I propped them from a plant I ignored and finally murdered with root rot.
The roots will come but they are slow about it
