Hey guys, I found this fella at my work. I think the manager who was caring for it left, water was murky and green before I cleaned it. No idea what species. The roots are longer than my arm when laid out, and I read on here soil transfer may not be safe? Do I leave him in the water? Buy nutrients? Thanks. (It's winter and rainy here if that affects anything?)

It’s a brasil philodendron. Just leave it in that water 3 more months and itll have 6 leaves and you can put dirt in it
Adding some diluted nutrients might be ok but keep an eye on it water so it stays clear. That’s helped me with getting growth on older props. I sometimes use rice water or banana water
