I would say not necessary until you notice an increase in need for watering ( plant leaves become flimsy sooner ). I generally don’t report until all those growth points grow over the pot’s rim

I think I would hold off. I don’t like to disturb them until I see roots coming out the bottom of the nursery pot or if the soil is hydrophobic. She looks really happy in there!
