Go ahead and plant “beefsteak” outside somewhere. If it’s really a beefsteak variety, that set up is not going to be able to provide for it and you’ll have a leggy viney mess with no/poor fruit. Look into microdwarf tomatoes if you want to use this set up and hope to support just the one plant. If you are using nutrients at this stage, it should be diluted by half at least and you’ll need to let us know what the PH and EC is in your water for us to start addressing potential issues.
