Im designing a tropical garden here in Bangkok for Philodendron, Anthurium, Alocasia, Caladiums, Begonias. The middle part has direct sunlight for 3 hours a day, hence not suitable. What type of tree/tall plant would you recommend to provide shade below?

Fatsia they grow massive and are really pretty, verigated ones are to die for.
