Wet stick success! Now what?

I've had these pothos in Fluval Stratum for a while now and I think the two goldens are ready to pot! What about the other ones-how big do they need to get? Also, a couple of them have tiny leaves but still no roots have developed. Should I just give them more time? I'm pretty sure it's been a couple months already. Thanks!
