Beautiful Tomatillos and jalepenos. It looks delicious. For another variation I like making the same salsa using the same technique and ingredients but with chipotles. I like the dried moritas if I have them otherwise canned is good also.

Bonus? I’ve had great luck with freezing my roasted salsa verde! We love it as a side to grilled steak or chicken, even in the dead of winter here.
