Definitely blight, remove that branch and check for other branches. Your tomatos look far enough along that I don’t see the fruit having any issues

Part of my indeterminate San Marzano are showing the same thing. I try to keep up with removing the branches and leaves. I still have a ton of fruit that looks completely fine and the tops of the plant continue to grow vigorously. Should I be concerned?
