Hi everyone,
I bought this alocasia variegata from someone and I feel like it's losing it's ability to grow now. One leaf died and another big leaf came up. But the variegata one seems to go downhill with yellow/brown tip of the leaf.
It has a lot of roots now and I give it new water when the perlite doesnt get anymore water from below.
I was wondering if I should replant this baby in soil or if the perlite is still okay to let him do it's thing. Any experts who want to share their advice?
The plant costed a lot so I'm very careful on how to advance with it 😅.
Thanks!

PS: the white on the table is from the pot behind the baby, not something else haha
