Maybe but it won’t be structurally sound. It looks pretty young so it doesn’t seem to be a danger to anything nearby but I’d definitely replace/remove when you can. Of course wait for a certified arborist for better information.

I will live until that giant wound decays and sends the other half of the tree down. That, or the tree will die due to lost foliage before the decay has a chance to spread.

Callery pears are known for splitting apart like this in storms. You lucked out! This one split when it was fairly small. Sometimes they get massive and then a storm obliterates it.
