Leaves reaching upwards is a sign of insufficient light. This isn’t immediately dangerous for the plant, but it may affect flowering. Gradually increase light. A sudden increase in light, especially sunlight may cause burns.

Other possible causes for leaves reaching up are crowding by other plants, crowding caused by suckers, and being planted too low in the pot. I don’t see suckers. The plant could be a tad higher in the pot, but it’s not low enough to cause reaching. And I don’t know if the plant is crowded by other plants in its usual spot.
