My Succulents tend to lose leaves at the bottom like that sometimes it’s from mold because there’s not enough space for the water to escape. Also sometimes during growth spurts it’s happened. But you got little guys underneath so it’ll give them some more room. Could also be a watering, nutrient, light, or other issue. House plants….

That is the normal growth pattern of echeveria. I pull those dead leaves off to improve ventilation, for looks and because it’s an oddly satisfying plant chore.
