Hello
Pls have a look at the one brozed red tip. And few with yellowing starting. Last pic is underside.
This is my first traditional leafed plant. Ive been caring for cacti mostly past 6 months. Tho still struggleing with pest identification and treatment.
For this beaut i need to know is it deficit (with what if so), minor burn or got a pest? I dont know how different pests appear on leaves at all from experience. Currently have some good perdators. Two types of generalist feeders in low populations. Amblyseius andersoni and californicus. And a fast acting spider mite specific phytoseiulus persimilis. I need to know what is needed cause i cant cross amblyseius andersoni with the others.
I also have hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, dish soap and neem oil not a specially good quality (dont actually trust myself with this yet tho leaves arent as sensitive as the succulent plants i was trying to treat same with alcohol)
Ty for any response i recieve

Just needs potting up in slightly moist compost, looks fine
Pachy are pretty fussy when shipped. It’ll likely lose these leaves but it’ll be fine. Their pretty photosynthetic from bark and re leaf easily
Most commonly I find pachy with a very small pop of mealy bugs in growing apical buds near the top. Probably the only place their mouthparts can pierce. A quick spray of a soap or alcohol that dissolves them does the job easily. Besides that I rarely have insect issues
