Hi, have you still got chickens (or chooks as we call them here in Australia!)? Some of the food waste would be appreciated by them!
Oral allergy syndrome sucks! Microwaving fresh fruit and veggies for a few seconds helps to kill the pollen!

I do refrigerator pickles and Iโve found that fresh dill and garlic are the winning combo. Itโs hard to get all the ingredients just right!
