there’s a lot you could do. What are you grafting? Are you using this as the root or scion?
Personally I’d be tempted to cut this into 3 parts. You could restore the cactus column but grafting the tip onto the original base, then you could use the middle segment for grafting. You could also cut it into smaller parts like wedges or grafts for even more grafting potential.
