I’m new to mesembs, but obsessed! Wondering if my conos – and the one dinteranthus – look OK so far?
I got these cuties at my town’s Succulent Society Expo two months ago (where I was super-lucky and met Steven Hammer himself!). I repotted them into gritty mix recently, and they live on my desk against an east facing sliding glass door. I have a curtain that blocks around 25% of the sunlight for those rare days when it’s too bright or hot in zone 10b, where I live. I’ve (bottom) watered twice since I got them, and they are definitely outgrowing their papery skins! I thought I’d start watering weekly starting now. Does this all sound reasonable? Should I be doing something more? Your thoughts and recommendations are appreciated. Thank you!
