So for context this is a Banana pepper plant that was in a hydroponic system and was transplanted into soil. It was super stressed, I used sugar water to bring it out of shock and it started budding again. No peppers from it yet, but I noticed these weird brown splotches on the leaves today. What is it and how can I fix it?!??!!

Check the under leaves for powdery mildew
Treatment :
Baking soda solution: Mix 1 tablespoon baking soda and ½ teaspoon liquid soap such as Castile soap (not detergent) in 1 gallon of water. Spray liberally, getting top and bottom leaf surfaces and any affected areas.
Spray them at dusk time or at night.. Never under when the sun is up
