More water once per week. Your pot should drain. If it doesn’t, you’ll need to repot it. Water enough that it begins to pool in the saucer. Also, if you haven’t already, use a good all purpose potting soil. Good luck!

All I can suggest is to not water it in cups. Try fully saturating the soil. Water should be coming out of the drainage holes. It’s most likely under watered
