I would do the second; color distributed more evenly on the leaves versus more concentrated in the one leaf in the first plant. I feel like the odds are good of the second one continuing to give you colorful leaves

Probably the 2nd? But the first had that gorgeous pop of white. It looks like it has enough green to support it. I guess the second. I’d probably be standing there for an hour unable to decide. 😂
