I am trying perlite as a medium for propagation for the first time. Some of these cuttings already have small roots. Do I need to keep the snake plant not as wet as the spider and peperomia or the same? Any advice is welcome.

I just make a mush out of it! In fact, sometimes it’s just a 2” thick layer floating over an inch of water 😂
It’s basically like a water prop with a physical assist on keeping things upright.
Be warned, though, that new growth can sometimes get caught under the perlite and get a little funky! Make sure to check it occasionally!
