Container Gardening

Do this if you want to start a Container Garden

Starting a container garden can be fun and easy. Pick the herbs and veggies you like, determine the space size that you have and research what it will take to grow the plants you have picked. Almost anything that you can grow in ground you can grow in a pot.

  1. Rosemary can get BIG. Good thing you didn’t grow it inside. Today, I went outside and clipped some to put in my roaster chicken. Nice to have FRESH conveniently outside.

  2. I *really don't like a container garden. All those pots everywhere looks kind of tacky.

If u move around alot or live n apts w/just a terrace or patio this would be ideal.

If u own yer own land Y not put stuff n the ground? ❤😊

  3. Do you do potatoes in containers? I love baby red potatoes, I thought they'd be easier, since tiny!
Sounded like an old timer plane, still in the distance!

  4. I have been an avid gardener for years. I try to grow something new every year. This year I am growing a tea garden. All sorts of varieties.

  5. And then that's how it starts. I know I started at 11 years old and now I'm 70years old and now I'm doing alot more in containers and still growing in the ground and loving it 😊

  6. I purchased strawberry starters for the first time this year after being unsuccessful with roots and seeds. I divided them into several containers, a few died, most are doing well.

  7. 1:47 My favorite saying 😏 now I know how you started saying that!

Thanks for sharing your tips and your container Garden 🌿

  8. Thank you for all you down to earth advice. I just decided to garden again after a number of years away. The price of produce in the store is just outrageous so I decided to try to direct sow. I picked plants that I really love, but are so expensive such as tomatoes and especially okra.. if you have any tips on growing okra, I would love to know as I have never grown it before

  9. Container Gardens are ingenious Mama Pam if their not fresh your setting in the container too long pray for us Gardeners for Rain showers this June I'm Christian also but Christian Religious which means I run my garden his way and learn from God standard because the earth is his creation and property please pray for Rain showers in June

  10. I have no yard, but a 4 story townhouse with a balcony off the kitchen and a roof terrace, so everything is in containers and railing boxes. I have flowers in the roof railing boxes, but everything else is herbs and greens which grow fast, I reseed the box every 3 weeks.
