If possible, try to separate the babys from the mother plant by simply pulling. You can also use a knife, but usually, just pulling/twisting should work. Let it dry of for 2 or three days, more if you had to use a knife. Don’t worry, it will survive. Just let the cut dry of. Then put them in soil for cacti. Do not water the first week. You can mist them after that. It takes a while, but after a few weeks it should have grown roots. After that, just care for them like any other cactus. Good luck 🙂
