  1. Each year we are getting better at gardening through the extremely hot summer. Plants that can make it without shade cloth (not a fan of the look) are our favorite. Thanks!

  2. One of the few flowering plants than thrives in my poor sandy soil, and heat of South Florida. Butterflies absolutely love it, as do I.

  3. You have the Burpee seed trays. I love those!
Saw this plant on another video and already have it on order. Can't wait till next year.

  4. Neighbor just gave me a bunch of these Tithonia seeds…I have a challenging planter area, raised bed 16inches bounded by 8inch block, against a 6foot block property wall, planter is 16inches deep x 20 feet long. Northwest facing, no to little sun in winter, blazing hot afternoon sun in summer. Have tried shade, everything burns. Suggestions/ desperate to grow something to hide the wall.

  5. I noticed I have termites in one of my gardens! I wondered why nothing would grow there. This makes me sad because that area looks so desolate. Any recommendations?

  6. I grew these in my garden this summer. Pretty but the spider mites have just decimated them asi didn’t realize what was happening. Can I save seed without spider mites hiding inside the dried blooms?

  7. I'm in Kentucky. This has done great in my Heugel culture berm. It re-seeds itself every year. The deer do NOT like it! They eat ALL my other sunflowers. Thank you for letting me know there are other colors available!
