I won these seedlings and don’t know what to do next

Hi friends. I have these two little green guys in this little cup with spag moss. I don't know what I'm supposed to do with them though. Do I put just the green things on soil? Water? Leave them in the spag moss?
I'm new to this, so any advice would be super appreciated!
