Is that a string of plant or burros tail? If the latter, it seems fairly etiolated and would benefit from more sun or a grow light so the leaves grow in more compact. Regardless,I haven’t tried this method but read about it on here and plan to try it.. flatten a cardboard box and cut out the shape of the pot it’s in, you can then put the pot through the hole and lift up the cardboard and it would lift up all of the stems so that you can just work with the pot and hopefully not break as many leaves off
