That looks like mites to me. I don’t have first-hand experience with mites, though, so I can’t say for certain. There are some insecticide sprays safe for plants you can try and maybe transplant into some clean soil. I think they come from overwatering but hopefully somone else will weigh in. Good luck to you!

lots and lots of spider mites! quarantine it or through it out ASAP!

The best thing to do is chop that off, and *then* treat the plant. Eliminate the majority, first.
