  1. How can you kill a blackberry bush???? I have so many wild blackberry bushes in my back yard I’ve been trying to get rid of😊

  2. Hey for that three hole brick w/tea lights in that’s so cute and so do you know what I thought you’re gonna make it into a traffic signal like for the kids little area where they ride to tricycle or some thing so put a red and the yellow and green one or paint them the color if it actually got a electrical tape, I do a lot of electrical work, so yeah, the tape you could even put around a little tea lights and they

  3. Tip: put clean motor oil in with the sand that you store your garden tools in. It cleans and keeps tools rust free❤

  4. Shannon, I think you deserve all sorts of awards. I've been watching your videos through the years. You've become so very polished and professional. It's so great to see you're still going strong. I especially love your talent of anticipating what questions are going to be asked. It proves the tons of experience you have that you've put to good use.

  5. I bought a paper carton of 6 Starbucks coffee bottles . I keep thinking it would make a cute craft but my mind is blank. To me it looks like old milk bottles. Your creative mind might help me! Help!

  6. Oh i really had a better creative gene. I see house brick, and that's it… it's a house brick! I'd never be able to see any alternative.
I watch these videos for inspiration but get so overwhelmed that the pile of house bricks at the top garden are still there in a pile! 😂😂

  7. This is just great Shannon, awesome.Thank you so much.I am the least crafty person.Well, I'm witchy, but I'm not crafty. You know what I mean… Lol. The point is having a summer solstice dinner tomorrow outside and I wanted to make the backyard patio a little more special. Some great ideas here.Really appreciate you. Happy solstice 🌞!

  8. The blackberry bush didn't survive because 1, there was too much air on the roots because of the pool noodles. If you use this hack, the noodles are full of air, so you need to place a spacer on top, like a plant saucer. 2 the noodles are polyfoam and would cause the water to drain away too fast. The use of a spacer- with drainage holes, can fix both of these problems, but it does shorten the space needed for the root ball to grow. I do the same thing, but I use large rocks. They weigh the pot down so it cannot be knocked over by strong winds or me dragging the water hose around, and I pack my soil tightly in all of the gaps between the rocks and water it down to release any air bubbles. Then add the plant, and water it again so that any air introduced is released. The rocks act as a perfect weighted spacer, the roots can grow between and around them, and the water that drains out is clear of soil, so that I avoid soil loss during watering. They also provide a nice anchor point for trellising. If you are doing a stackable, like a high water hanging plant over a lower water potted plant, you can place some pea gravel on the bottom, of the hanging planter so that it doesn't lose soil but can still drip excess water into the lower planter, watering both plants at once. Also, some spray paints are toxic to plants, so painting the inside rim may have caused toxic chemicals to be released into your plant, not sure if the pool noodles release toxins over time or not, but it makes sense that they may.

  9. I'm not seeing many diy projects, seems like you're just showing their products and your not really making anything with them. Maybe next time leave DIY out of your video header.

  10. You know on those lights you can unscrew that black disc off the top and just use it n none of the rest… You can also unscrew the disc around the light bulb and put a normal battery in it instead of the solar powered rechargeable battery

  11. Pots to small for blackberries. I use wine corks to fill the bottom of pots. You can ask any wine bar or party venue to collect them.

  12. First off ,your backyard is my absolute dream❤ second ,do you keep your tiger tooth aloe in direct sun? So they will all just root into the new soil now? Out of pure curiosity why were there so many dead ones? I recently got one from lowes and there were 3 small pups, one "fell apart " and was mushy, i pulledit off 😢yours was sooooo big and beautiful. Did it start as 1?
